We believe

every year, Rezt & Relax recognizes the member of the family who had taken
home the biggest achievement. Recognizing the success of each employee helps to
encourage everyone to always work harder for the sake of the whole team as well
as to keep the passion alive. For the Rezt & Relax family, everyone is already
an achiever and so these awards recognize those who shine brighter than anyone
else. After all, no one can deny that when your hard work is appreciated by
everyone, it fuels you to be better every single day.
Every end
of the year there are five major awards that are given away:
1. SuperStar
of the Year – The person who got the highest amount of sales in just a month’s
time for the whole year.
2. Top
Achiever of the Month – Who is making it big for each month in terms of the
amount of sales.
3. Top Achiever
of the Year - The person who took home the biggest bacon in his accumulated
sales for the whole year.
4. Top
Achiever Team of the Month – The team that got the highest accumulated sales
for the month.
5. Top
Achiever Team of the Year – The team who’s accumulated sales for the whole year
tops everyone else.
